This is such an exciting time, but it can also be confusing. There is a lot of conflicting advice out there, from 'don't eat carbs, 'eat this', ‘take that supplement’, 'don't do that'. Articles and social media give advice with little regard for individual needs which are so critical in pregnancy.
This is for you if you’re fed up with trying different solutions and hacks and still not finding the answer to your health problems or you may be looking to take a more holistic approach to health care. Whatever your specific need is, one to one consultation is for you if you’re ready to make the commitment to your health, ready to dig deeper and I'd be happy supporting you along the journey. A ‘one-off’ appointment is unlikely to help you to make a lasting change. From the experience, I found 12 weeks is the optimal time needed to implement new habits with regular support and coaching to help you make them your ‘new normal’ and start seeing some tangible results.
In order to understand your health issues and goals and to work through a new plan that is practical and works for you, we will need to work together over a period of time.

I understand blood sugar balancing better than most, having lived with T1 diabetes since I was a child and I am a qualified Nutritional Therapist. I really understand and can work with you no matter where you are in relation to health. I have worked with clients who don’t recognise most vegetable and others who like nothing better than a browse in a health food shop.
We are all unique and that’s’ why I love my job! I can help and guide you through the remainder of your pregnancy and beyond if needed. Blood sugar management is just one aspect of a healthy pregnancy. I can also help you with pregnancy symptoms including but not confined to nausea, exhaustion, cravings, constipation, varicose veins, erratic appetite. I can give you simple lifestyle strategies to help you have a lovely pregnancy and leave you free to all the lovely baby planning.

BOOK YOUR FREE 20 MINUTE HEALTH REVIEW WITH ME
This is a mini consultation, conducted over the phone but preferably on Zoom, where you can tell me about your health challenges and goals. I will listen carefully and consider how I can help you. I will explain how I work and we can decide if we are a good fit to work together to achieve your health goals and get you feeling your best. This no obligation call is so important.
It will help you feel confident in your decision to work with me or not and it will help me decide if you would benefit from my programme. At the end of the call I will give you some tips that you can implement straight away. I look forward to meeting you.
If you feel you can manage with a programme to follow and don’t need one to one guidance, the silver package may suit you. If you wish you can go ahead and purchase it here…You can upgrade to one of the other packages if you change your mind.
If we decide to work together I will send you an in-depth questionnaire and a food diary to complete straight away.
The initial consultation usually lasts about 60-75 minutes on Zoom or in person in , during which time I will ask you more details about your health concerns, symptoms, medical history etc. I will have an initial plan ready based on your questionnaire and health review call. We then will work together to create individualised wellness goals and a plan based around dietary changes that you will have agreed to, lifestyle changes and supplementation if necessary. After the call I make any necessary changes to your personalised plan and send it to you. I will answer any queries you have between consultations.
