I live in beautiful countryside near Craughwell, County Galway. My purpose is to support and guide my clients back to feeling well because everybody deserves to feel their best.
My speciality is blood sugar and I want to get everyone, clients or not to look at what they are eating and reduce the impact of excess sugar and additives. Our health and the health of future generations depend on us taking charge now. I will hep you do this, one step at a time.

During a career in quality systems I became increasingly interested in nutritional science to manage my own T1 diabetes. I experienced huge benefits from what I learnt. I have completed many courses on blood sugar balancing and its wider impacts and I am also a research nerd! After completing my health coaching diploma I set up The Artisan Diabetic and began to see clients on a one to one basis. This enabled me to help people take charge of their health, particular around blood sugar which impacts all areas of the body.
After completing my nutritional coaching diploma I went on to study Nutritional Therapy for another 3 years with The Irish Institute of Nutrition and Health. In recent years, I have become passionate about empowering parents-to-be on pregnancy nutrition and lifestyle. Giving a baby the best start, from before conception and all along the journey isn’t hard when I guide you every step of the way, from nutrition, stress reduction, exercise and supplements when necessary.
